This Toolkit was developed to provide practical interagency guidance based on previous learning that can be quickly adapted in an emergency. The Toolkit includes guiding priciples; summary guidance for quick reference to tools; resources on managing and coordinating programs and individual care; and best practices, country examples, and learning from previous emergencies.
