The 2012 Minimum Standards for Child Protection in Humanitarian Action were created with input from more than 400 stakeholders to help professionalize the child protection sector and improve programs at the field level. This 2019 second edition strengthens the standards’ emphasis on principles, evidence and prevention and increases their applicability to internal displacement and refugee contexts.
