UNICEF: Minimum Quality Standards and Indicators for Community Engagement
This draft document has been developed through a consultative process supported by UNICEF’s Communication for Development. It is intended as a tool for development and humanitarian actors and the governments they support. It describes core minimum standards aligned with human rights principles and community-based approaches, and it “seeks the meaningful integration of community engagement standards and activities in all aspects of community engagement practice; including project cycles, methodologies, participatory approaches, integration, coordination and operations.”
